Brooke was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately Alicia had an attitude from the start and it was a steady decline from there. I checked in at 1130 and was told my car would be ready by the end of the day only to receive a call at 458 saying it wasn’t going to be ready and they needed to keep it. Unfortunately these are speciality cars and due to the nature of our business we can be without them for days on end. I’m still unclear why the remote programming couldn’t be done. The communication was rather poor and frustrating. I had trusted the a luxury auto shop would have excellent customer service but even the service manager, Greg, was less then helpful as he tried making it seem like they did us a big favor by doing nothing at all. Disappointed is an understatement. Brooke was the only one I spoke to who was kind and helpful the team can learn from her.

No communication with service advisor until the day the car was ready had to contact the service manager to find out about the status of my car also the car was not washed a lot of bird poop that I had to wipe off communication is your biggest problem
