I had to wait 2 weeks to obtain a loaner. Once I got a service date and time, I thought I better drop off my vehicle early. Luckily I did because I still had to wait more. In addition upon picking up my vehicle I had to wait again. Then after I got the vehicle home I found out that everything wasn't done correctly. Here I go again, It's very sad to see that customers like myself who own a very expensive SUV did not get your best service experience. It appeared my service advisor did the best he could

First. I knew the $350 price for a new battery was extremely steep, even for a dealer. Our receipt reads something about HVAC AC-HEATING SYS REPAIR when the HVAC system wasn't an issue or worked on. Finally, and the icing on this discouraging experience, was the battery test device we found in the back of our car when we got home. It's an Interstate battery with jumper cables on each terminal with a note stating 'Return To Francisco'. Since I can't throw this hazardous material in the trash I now have to drive back to your location and return to Francisco. Terrible experience today. I did feel the desire for strong customer service, but you fell well short on this one.
