Robert stayed with a problem on my car which was not his doing. Robert did an excellent job dealing with a problem which occurred as a result of the GM strike several months ago. I’m happy that Robert is my service advisor.
Anthony is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He thoroughly explained my cars issues to me and answered all of my questions. His customer service skills are excellent and I appreciate that very much.

Jared was very helpful & profesional, the issue is with the windshield so I need to test it when it’s raining & at night to check if it’s not blurry & stained anymore.

Service at Marvin K Brown is excellent, but this last service the wait time was too long. I didn't know it would take 5 hours for a computer update and an oil change.

Corky is wonderful and so knowledgeable. He listened to our description of the problems we were experiencing and to new exactly what the problem was. He told us when the car would be ready and that is exactly how things turned out. Corky is so personable, like an old friend. Another thing about Corky is he returns your calls. Really appreciate his kind professionalism.
I really appreciated Larry helping me while it was such a busy time. He wasn’t my original service advisor but saw that I was waiting for awhile and stepped in and got me in and out in a timely manner. Thank you Larry
