While I have always had great interaction with Anthony and the service intake guys, the actual service has consistently gone down hill. Its lost any of the convenience factor when a mid week 730 am appt takes 2+ hours and doesn't even include a car wash anymore, which would have added at minimum another hour. Convenience is key when it comes to servicing my vehicle, and unfortunately MKB no longer is able to provide that.
Jared delivered excellent service. He was able to answer all my questions.
Sean was great. Only issue was the recall took too long and for some reason my appointment did not show up on your calendar.
When I brought my car in my service advisor got sick and did not pass on the information to another service advisor Robert took control of my situation and made everything right.

No fault of the service dept, however, a part that was mentioned for my repair was
Sent to a different dealer. Held up my repair for a additional day. Great communication from the service dept. not a problem for me. Came in to pick up my vehicle, and an additional part was needed and is on back order to complete my repair. Part on back order from Michigan. To be completed at a future date .
