Jared is very professional and kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle. Even with COVID-19 I don’t understand why you cannot wash the outside of your customers vehicles. Obviously, Jared has nothing to do with that though.

We initially spoke to Jared regarding our issues with our tail light. We gave him a letter from GMC which states we can get reimbursed for repairs already performed. We advised him that we spoke to Corky a year ago before Gmc decided to approve the recall when we had issues. Jared was abrupt and not sympathetic what so ever. He walked away from us while we were still expressing our concerns. It is because of people like Jared that we will probably never buy another GMC. We will express our concerns with GMC corporate as well as post reviews regarding this dealership.

I had to wait entirely too long for my appointment. I even had to wait after my car was finished. Not to mention $170 an hour for labor is ridiculous
