We been transfer from repair shop to another repair shops because of our ac problem for Pontiac Gran Prix 2004, but on marvin k brown they did it very quick and reasonable price. They did a very good job. I highly recommended this service center. Thanks guys...

My service representative was nice. I feel over charged and while my car was under MKB custody, per the GMC app, 5+ miles was placed on my car with “hard accelerations” and “hard braking”. Why is it necessary to put 5+ miles on my car? I also paid for an alignment and it makes me wonder if while, my my car was being driven inappropriately, was the inconsiderate driver also ruining my alignment? I just paid $1500+ for service and expect a better product from MKB. It really makes me reconsider where I go for my next GMC service and purchase.
$170.00 charge for evaluation was charged, on top of repair labor, is a bite much. Also, parts cost was excessive. Could not afford AC repairs needed.
The service i got was excellent and really helpful I was very amazed of how my car got fixed up perfectly I am satisfied with my service.
