I have always had a great experience at Marvin k brown and Corky has always been amazing and accommodating
I couldn’t get out of my vehicle. It would not unlock to let me out. I called the Service Dept and they set up an appt with Corky. As I pulled up to the service lane he came right out and tried to determine what the problem was. He couldn’t figure out why the door would not open. We laughed because I was unable to get out. Thank God the passenger door opened. It was repaired and I was able to drive home within a couple of hours. Thank you Corky for being so attentive and getting me out of my car????

A little disappointed with the courtesy car wash. Before they used to do a very good inside and outside job, nowadays they just wash the car.

Robert took the car for a short drive and determended that it was a transmission problem. Servicing the transmission solved the problem.

I brought my car in early by an hour and our service agent was out on his lunch time but no worries Larry the service manager gladly check my car in immediately and it allowed me to return home. Received a text by our service agent Tony Bowls that all will be done by morning. Also spoke with him at 5pm and gave me great information that my car battery was replaced with warranty coverage and that the tire is needed to be replaced in the morning as well. My car was completely checked out and all was great. We are always very happy with all services for our cars and we only buy all our cars at Marvin K Brown!!!
