So far so good with the service. Just purchased my truck May 30th 2020. And I’m completely satisfied. It was a little ruff this week when I went to my truck and found it died as a door nail. I called up Jeff he immediately told me that he had a meeting from 0830 to 0930 and that he would try and get a appointment for me scheduled. Literally 15 minutes after I text him I got a call from Jerrod, service rep.I explain to him what was going on with my truck he understood and I had my truck in service within the hour. I appreciate How efficient the MKB team works. Keep up the good work until next time

Robert is excellent and a genuine and nice person.
I waited 5-10 min before anyone acknowledged my presence in the service lane. Several people walked past me without a word. Once Kevin began working with me everything was great. He was able to accommodate me, despite arriving one the wrong day. It only took a little more than an hour for my service. Left very pleased.
