My air conditioning is awful
The issue that I have with my vehicle has not been resolved. The problem is getting worse. When I brought my vehicle in the Technician said he didn’t detect any issues. So the Manager told me to bring it back in to address the issue. So I plan to bring my vehicle back in soon. Also I had to rent a car in the process!!..
MKB really needs to work on communication. The text system is useless. I sent text messages emails and left voicemails. I was promised a call via text but never received anything. I had to physically go to the dealership to get the status of a part shipment and schedule the service. My father owned a Ford dealership in the 60’s and 70’s and would have never tolerated this from his employees. It makes you look really bad.
Anthony has always been friendly, positive and professional. He gives helpful ideas and insights that make the customer feel part of GMC family. Although I’ve visited the service center only a couple times, it feels like visiting a friend.
My service advisor Robert Failed to keep me in the loop during the process. I specifically gave a work contact number to provide me information. I made several calls with negative contact. Upon delivery of my vehicle, your advisors were not customers service oriented. Always remember the customer pays for great service with high end vehicles. Treatment of people is very important.
I’ve been getting my Cadillac serviced here for years now. This was my first time working with Corky and everything was great. Between him and Larry, I received the best support I could ask for. I look forward to continuing to get my car(s) serviced here for many year to come. Thank you again!
Corky has very good customer service. Always a pleasure to work with him Just miss having the sandwich bar closed. I was hungry when i got there. Anyways always a pleasure.
