Simple and convenient.Loved that they literally got me a "Lyft" to my house as the service was going to take a few hours. Send a Lyft to take me back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle when completed.

Corky got my car in and done quickly, and is very pleasant. My issue is with not having been told with this new lease (my 4th with MKB) that the service is no longer provided. Along with loving my vehicles, one of the selling points in switching to Cadillac was that basic service was provided.
Anthony is always congenial, professional and attentive. I enjoy seeing him.
