My agent was busy at both my check in time as well as delivery. The sign at the cashier window said to see service advisor to get car, yet Sean told me to go wait. It appears as though I was bothering him.

Was initially concerned with a miscommunication in what was promised when the reservation was booked and the quote when I arrived. Ultimately it worked out after final discounts were applied
Jared was very helpful and made sure that I was kept advised throughout the repairs. The only negative was that my vehicle was returned dirtier than when I brought it in so that was disappointing. Not Blaming Jared as stated he was great and will request him the next time I need service and he was gone by the time I picked it up.
It’s always a pleasure dealing with Kevin Knepper and Marvin K Brown. I have used MKB for years and Kevin has always been my service representative. He is extremely helpful and friendly always!
