He really helped us out and got us out of a bind. I showed up at 4:15 with a 2021 Yukon Denali with a blank screen. He was able to work us in with a tech who did a recall to fixed this problem. I would go out of my way to use him again. Totall satisfied.
I was overall satisfied. However, it took five minutes for someone to talk to me. I had to initiate the attempt to ask for help when no other vehicles were waiting. It's my only recommendation for service to attend customers within two minutes. Even if just acknowledgement that someone will be with them shortly. This is the second time it has happened.
