I always go back to MKB when I think my Lacrosse needs service.
Although it took two months to receive my car back from the service department due to the service dept having received damaged parts twice from place two SPAT orders, Oscar consistently kept me informed and provided excellent customer service.
The good news was that my car trunk latch was repaired. The bad news was that I had to wait 7 hours for the repair. I have no idea if the problem was Chris not being on top of the job or with the person who was repairing the car. They also did all sort of checkups that I had not asked for...which took time. That was way too much time to wait.
Outstanding Service!!!! Everyone was prompt and friendly. I feel Sean went above the call of duty to assist my needs. It may be a bit expensive, but worth it.
Chris was amazing! Very kind and professional and was keeping me posted on the progress of my vehicle and everything was handled in a timely fashion.
He will be by go to guy in the future for sure!
Hi my service advisor was for long time Anthony but now that he retired I was worry who was gonna be our new advisor since we where sooo spoiled with Anthony (we missed him ) but I was very surprised with my new service advisor Christopher he’s awesome such a gentleman and knows what he’s talking about was a great pleasure to meet him and know that like always we’re in very good hands ????????!!!!
