Luis did an outstanding job taking care of me. He got the damaged wheel issue caused by a technician resolved. Unfortunately, he was doing the job of my saleswoman Victoria. Nevertheless I have not had any communication with her since picking up the vehicle. Also.. I had secured my financing the day I came in to look at the car.. Due to being late in the afternoon NFCU was closing. I provide her the information showing I was approved and would pick up the check and return by 1200 on Saturday. She without my approval decided to apply for a vehicle loan without having my income information. Last week I received a letter from SDCCU and the credit reporting group saying a loanhad been applied for. I find this unacceptable! I can be reached and would like to discuss my experience in greater detail.
