Service was EXACTLY on time as promised and Damian was great. He explained the service package and what was included and kept me updated throughout.
Check in was easy. Service was completed in the time promised. Issues were explained clearly. Staff wore masks and practiced social distancing. Minimal contact needed and hand sanitizers were available. I felt that Putnam Mazda took good care of me and my Mazda.
I was fully advised of the work being done on my car and of other repairs that needed my attention. My car was kept overnight and I was given a loaner for my inconvenience. I also was kept informed of when my car would be ready for pickup. Damien was very professional and always kept me informed of everything.

My CX-5 has been absolutely trouble free in the 4+ years that we’ve owned it and it is always a pleasing experience to have the car service at Putnam Mazda. The service personnel are courteous and professional, the scheduled maintenance is always completed promptly and I am always given a thorough explanation of what was done. In addition, the waiting area is pleasant and the coffee machine even makes drinkable coffee. What more can I ask?
