Sidino never ceases to amaze me with his outstanding and welcoming service. I have never had anyone in a service position follow up as he promises, the way he does. No matter how many problems I have with my car as I have purchased from your dealership, Sidino is always willing to tackle any of them and to make sure that I am completely satisfied after the job is complete. Putnam Mazda Service should feel extremely fortunate to have Sidino working for them. I have recommended my friends to ask for him when they go for service, and they all tell me the same thing as I have just written. Simply the best!!!!!!
I felt very ripped off yesterday and, despite being a longtime customer, will not be returning to Putnam for any service for either of my two volvos or ever consider buying my next volvo from Putnam.

I was a bit let down although specifying the appointment was about my brakes, that the attendee assumed just routine oil change.
Paired with dropping the car off at 7:15 and not being done by 4:30, there appears to be a scheduling issue.
In addition there appears to be a mismatch between prepaid maintance contracts and the Volvo website on coverage.
I continue to enjoy working with Arian Askarian each time that I bring my CX-5 in for service. He provides world class customer service. Also, keeps me well informed throughout the service process. I'll continue bringing in my CX-5 to Putnam for services because of him. Thanks again for everything!!
