Sidino made my service visit smooth from start to finish. He greeted me, collected my info, explained the services to be done on my vehicle, provided an estimate of the total cost, made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area, alerted me when my car was ready (which was earlier than estimated), explained everything done to my vehicle, and provided important feedback about my vehicle’s future needs. I appreciated his friendliness, conversational skills, and laid back demeanor. The other staff members were a joy to chat with as well. Thanks for going above and beyond to make my experience as a customer so relaxing and welcoming.

It appears the “Overdue Service” notice on the GPS screen didn’t get reset. I can swing by anytime to have it reset.
