I and asked them to clean the car. They only vacuumed the carpets. I understand some people can consider vacuuming as cleaning but there were clearly crumbles on the console and a water stain on the head that wasn’t cleaned. Additionally there was a paint chip on the drivers door that I’m not 100% certain was there before. Normally I wouldn’t expect a cleaning, however the last time I brought the car in they detailed it thoroughly and I was expecting the same service. I didn’t get a summery of the service that was completed. I was clearly irritated and the guy probably picked up on it so I’m assuming that’s why he didn’t break the service completed down for me.

I think the vibration in my brakes is not my fault and should be covered under warranty. Reading on line that it's a known issue with the Mazda 6 related to faulty calipers warping the rotors... Not my driving style as the service rep suggested.

Mr Tocci brushed off my vehicle concerns and insinuated that I was trying to create a lease return through lemon law simply because I had mentioned I was unhappy with the Mazda brand and wanted to trade it in for a Jeep. He was very combative towards my situation and spoke to me in a very antagonistic way both during drop off and pick up. I was shocked and confused by his tone and wasn’t sure why he was approaching my concerns in this manner. He questioned why I didn’t have corporate contact him by saying “why didn’t you have corporate call me like I told you to?? Yeah ahhh huh yeah” with a smerk attitude. Then when he asked what the selling dealer said and I told him they had treated the concerns the same, he became defensive and stepped out of his professional role and said “I’m just telling you what you told me!!” Again with a very smug attitude. Overall this man either has something against women or felt as if I was just some spoiled brat with nothing better to do with her time but to bring my car in for things I made up just so I can get rid of the car. All I wanted was to have them checked to ensure they were operating properly. In addition to this, I reported alignment issues on 8/15 to corporate and on 8/17 the parked car was side swiped by a fire truck. Mr Tocci then finished by saying “yeahhh looks like the alignment is way off due the impact!” Once again in an almost stick it to you kind of way. He seemed to be happy to prove me wrong. For whatever reason this man is giving your dealership a very bad reputation. Mind you my family just finances a CX3 from this same dealership, financed another a little over a year ago and now I too have a Mazda. All together we have 3 Mazda’s. You would think that our loyalty stood for something. I’m apprehensive to get future services at this location although I live in Burlingame and it’s the closest one to me just because of him.
