I don’t know Sidino S. Tiocci. My experience with Dominic Chang was very positive. He was helpful. Informative, and patient. He answered my numerous questions and was a factor in my purchase of a vehicle. Josh Mojtahesi, the finance person, was pleasant to work with and was, also, very helpful.
