Your prices are 40-50% higher than any other place. I can understand maybe 20% but that's ridiculous. Your fee for 4 tire replacement was $1300+, and I paid $850 for 4 Yokohamas, installed. I asked for a discount since we bought both our cars with you and get most of our service with you, but he offered $50 off. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Jeremy was professional and helpful.
I requested that the service department turn off the daylight running lights (the manual requires it to be done by the dealer). When I got home with the car, I discovered that the lights had not been turned off. I don’t know whether they were unable to turn them off or whether they simply forgot my request. So I am not completely satisfied with my service experience.
