First of all, Jeremy is a super nice guy and 10x better than the last service manager we had. Unfortunately, one of the items we asked to be repaired really wasn't fixed. On the way out, I showed him "look, this isn't working" and he acknowledged "Yeah, i guess it isn't.' now I need another visit after the part is ordered. #frustrating
