Very friendly and welcoming and absolutely prepared for my visit. The maintenance work on my car was done in half the time I expected! The rest of the staff including Nestor, who sold me my car, was also on hand to greet us and ask after any concerns we had about the car. I felt very well taken care of, the waiting facilities were clean and comfortable with amenities like coffee, water and snacks. Overall, a first rate experience! I love my Mazda and the Mazda brand. Every experience I’ve had thus far has exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!!

While I’m sad to hear that my previous service advisor, Mark, has moved on, it was great to meet Sidino. He explained what was needed, and what the service would entail. I felt comfortable knowing he would be managing my service experience. I will definitely continue to turn to Putnam Mazda for all my service needs for my MX-5. Thanks, Sidino.

My mother passed away and I brought her car in for “thorough inspection” to find out if anything was wrong with it, including a few concerns. While your service department found issues related to my concerns after driving it more, I found that only the drivers window rolls down, the moonroof isn’t working, and according to a smog check station, there is an issue with the ECU and two sensors, which they found with an OBD reader. Clearly, the inspection wasn’t as thorough as one might lead to believe.

My car was serviced. I do have to tell you that at the Dublin Mazda my car would always washed when ever I brought to service. No do miss that.
