I didn’t get follow up/resolution for my request for software update
(Mazda Connect System). My current navigation system does not
work for San Francisco. (I was assured I would get a follow up call on Wed.)
Damian and your service crew worked hard to resolve an unusual problem that ultimately had no solution, and yet they adjusted charges so I didn't end up paying anything extra. Damian kept me updated on progress and spent extra time to ensure I understood what was going on. I was impressed. I will definitely come by next time I need a new car. Thanks.
