My service point person Sidino went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my most recent repair job.
The engine on my CX-5 was replaced last Friday (2.14.20) but a related but unknown problem occurred the next day while driving car, which was serious and to be honest frustrating.
First thing Monday morning (2.17.20) Sidino recognized my car back in the shop, and took the initiative to expedite the repairs. I consider this excellent customer service in a challenging situation.

This was my car's first service and it cost me 170 dollars in total. I asked around my friends and got to know that a typical car service costs around 90 dollars. There may be additional tasks done during my service which might be unnecessary. I feel robbed and I am not coming back to this service center again.
