The email offer mentioned a full cleaning and neither the exterior nor interior of my car was washed at all. I felt bad saying something and I didn’t want to wait longer that day, but I was really disappointed.

Overall a very good experience I would certainly recommend your service department to others. One minor thing is while I appreciated igetting a loaner car the interior of the car was very dirty when I got it. I actually spent about 15 minutes cleaning it out when I got home . Especially in these times of potential infections it would make a better impression to turn a loaner car over with a clean interior. Like I said a minor detail, but otherwise it was a really good great experience. Thanks
