Took too long from point of zero minutes to conclusion of visit. I know it says to allow 5 minutes but about 20 or 25 is the wait I had. Misty was great though.
There needs to be a process to test a hybrid battery’s health “before” it begins to fail and trigger warning lights

I made an appointment and arrived in time. I was pleased that my car was taken in at the time of the appointment even in the crowded wait for others. Also the staff is very kind and helpful from directions to paperwork at the front desk to the price of the great service my car received. Great stuff.
