When I called to get my name on the waiting list I was put on hold for over five minutes and then the line went dead. By the time I called back it was already an hour wait.

Although I had a 1:45 appointment, my truck was not pulled into a bay until after 2:15. And then the “clock” was not started for another 15 minutes. I’m not sure what purpose the clock serves but if it’s not started when the vehicle enters the bay I don’t see that it serves any purpose at all. On a positive note the staff was all very friendly and my truck is running great.
My dad always did my oil changes when I was younger. I’ve been having to learn how to do many things for myself now. Yesterday was my first oil change by myself. Misty helped it be the easiest appointment I’ve ever had. Thank you!
