Misty has been the most capable, helpful and friendly, contact person at Quicklane that I have dealt with. I've called her with questions and she's always helpful and can point me in the right direction if my issue is not something Quick Lane handles. I love my Fords, but the service I get though folks like Misty (and Nick too) make having a Ford from Jim Burke, a really great experience.

I called in around 11:15 and was told that I would have a spot for 1155. I arrived 11 45. They finally got to my pick up at about 12:50. And finally finished at about 1:40. Way too long of a wait. I also have a Honda and they seem to be able to operate their quick lane much more efficiently than you guys.

Brandon was terrific ???? The only problem was the time I waited for the service to be completed. I arrived at 8:00 and it wasn't finished until after 10:30 Quick Lane... ? All your service advisors were professional and attentive. Your technician working on my car was definitely not quick.

I thought this was a Quik Lube! I went in Monday at 10:30 approx and was told they couldn’t get my vehicle in 2:00pm. I had to be somewhere by 12:30 so. Couldn’t get it done. I was given a business card and told to call when U could come in. I called Wednesday to ask for a 3:00 Apptmt in Friday, since I will be in that side of town for a Doctor apptmt. I was told to call back Friday because they could only take same day calls. So I called back at 7:10am asking again to bring my car in at 3:00, they still couldn’t help me. I was told to call back at noon. I called back a little after noon and they finally put me down for 3:00. I came in at 3:00 and they got me in with 30 minutes and did a good job. I just feel that something needs to be done about this Quik Lube system. I shouldn’t have to work so hard to get my oil changed by your company. I’ve always been happy with Jum Burke Ford, but this was a very frustrating week. Thanks for considering my comments.

Matthew is always very conscientious! I didn’t appreciate the mechanic leaving his greasy black arm prints on my center console, door armrest and greasy hand prints on everything he touched on my light grey leather. Cars should be returned clean. Thank you

Matthew was very Courteous. As soon as I came in the door he ask if he Could help me. Explained to me what they would be doing to my truck and took care of it right away.
