The quick lube service department did a fine job. This is my third Ford pickup that I’ve purchased from Jim Burke. The service department rotated my tires in February 2019. I had a flat tire on my right front in the last month or two and had to put the spare light n to make it to a repair shop. The proper tools were used. I was going to service my truck and noticed that all six lug nuts on the right front were starting to round. I was barely able to get one off and called Ford. I took my pickup in the same day. I have the upgraded custom wheels and I was able to purchase 24 new lug nuts that are all steel for $100. Apparently the OEM lug nuts have an outer layer of aluminum and round prematurely. I order all my pickups fully loaded and have only 39,500 miles on this one. I would expect higher quality control from Ford. This could have been a real issue on the side of the Interstate.
