Yes and no. Service has always been good. Customer service today was off. I arrived at 9:43 was told service on my vehicle would begin at 11:30 am and take approximately 30-40 minutes. I arranged to be picked up rather than wait. I was notified that my car was ready at 10:35. Unnecessary trip for my ride. I can understand a small window of time, but this was excessive.
