Kept me updated on the progress of the work being done. It would have been nice if loaner vehicles were available for vehicles being repaired under warranty for unexpected and not-at-fault issues, and the time frame is extensive and unsure.

The service representative Gabriel was excellent the only thing I did not agree with is that I paid for work on my truck for something I did not break I didn't think that was fair by ford to deny fixing this for me at no charge because it was not my fault that's my only issue with my experience
