My vehicle was serviced in record time. However, a little disappointing that I didn’t get my convid-19 detail cleaning for essentials workers as mentioned in my email that would be included.
Kaycee was very professional. She was clear, honest, and pleasant. She was available to discuss service and provide updates. She was efficient with reaching out to the insurance company and looking into savings, and went above and beyond to ensure the safety of valuables in the vehicle. Overall, she truly cared about the customer.
