When my AC stopped working last Friday at 4Pm I left messages with everyone I could think of at Ford and Lincoln who might be able to help me. Gabriel returned my call at 5:35PM on Friday night . Gabriel Met me at Certified leasing where Kaylin got me into a rental truck. She also went above and beyond the call of duty for me. Gabriel patiently waited for me to move my belonging to the rental and personally drove my MKX back to service. On Monday Tom returned my call and got me into a Lincoln loaner. He also waived any weekend rental fees. I am so grateful to Gabriel, Kaylin and Tom for all they did. I knew I made Gabriel and Kaylin late for their friday evening and yet they were kind and patient and smiling. They are truly an asset to your organization. they are customer service super stars. I don't have her name however the very nice lady who answered the phones on Friday night at Ford did everything she could to help me too.

Vehicle was covered with dried white substance. I washed it the day before. I had them run it thru the wash but it did not come off. No one had an answer what it was .. of course.
