This review is for my visit 10/13/21 Service person: Gabriela Torres This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Gabriela Torres was extremely condescending and unaccommodating. She gives off the impression that she always has to be right. First off, she asked me if I had been there before. I asked her if she was able to look that information up herself. She became defensive and replied , "I'm just asking! I don't have that information pulled up!" Why doesn't she have the information pulled up? Next I told her my concerns with the car and she questioned the validity of my concerns. When it is time to get my car I test to see if the problem is resolved. It is not. I call her out and show her. She tries the keyless start and she isn't doing it correctly. I try to show her how to do it correctly and she replies "I know how to do it!" I watch her try again and she does it incorrectly again. I try it and the car won't start. She stares and I tell her to call the tech out. She calls him out and he is able to make the car start w the fob. We go back in to schedule a new appointment for a different concern. I ask her, what if the keyless entry doesn't work again can I bring it back right away. Nope! I told her my concerns about the car possibly not starting at all. She then questions the possibility instead of answering my question. At this point I have had enough and ask for the service manager's name and number. I don't ever want Gabriela to assist me again. She has poor communication skills, always has to be right, doesn't know how to receive feedback, and is extremely condescending. This is not the right job for her. She is by far more interested in being right instead of providing quality service. The next day my keyless start didn't work. I called Tom and he was able to schedule me in the next day.

The prices went way up in this year. The cashier Yessenia continued to call me by the wrong name after telling her multiple times how to say it.

She may be too new to understand, but she has the right to personal space. A customer behind me was standing adjacent to her while he was being helped. Even used her counter space to put down his keys and wallet. I would if told the man to step in front of the plexi glass for his own safety. She seemed extremely uncomfortable and neither person behind her working even noticed.

Misty Carrillo was very helpful and the service was fast. The cost of a new key and programming was high, but the service people have no control over that. Also, it is disappointing that the key broke after only three years and 13,800 miles on the vehicle.

First off I ordered a tire for my Edge that I bought at their facility and they couldn’t tell what tire was on the vehicle. So the wrong tire was delivered. I’m okay with that. But the follow up phone call from the service center with right tire never happened and I had to call to see if my tire arrived.

I’m at Jim Burke right now getting the issue taken care of. Misty is always helpful and friendly. The manager looked into my brake issue and is having mechanic take care of it right now. Thank you for taking care of my car! It means a lot to me. Safety is number one!

When my service was finished I was told I had a balance due when I explained that I had a maintenance agreement on my vehicle. She looked it up to verify and took care of the problem.
