Andres was rude and made me feel like I was a **** during check in. Yesinia was great! Not sure why it took 30 minutes to get my car back but that was disappointing. Once the car was being worked on, the timer started. 1 hour up, I was told my car was ready but waited another 20 minutes for it to be brought up. So much for “quick lane” today. Perhaps be more transparent with your timing so that people with a kid can plan accordingly. Get Andres a snickers while you’re at it.
She was friendly and courteous.
