I received the best customer service at Infiniti dealership on my last visit. Edwin at Cerritos Infiniti was my assigned service representative and he is awesome. First off I was greeted by everyone that assisted me. Edwin even remembered me from my last service. He was friendly, great customer service and communication was amazing. He kept me abreast of the stays if my vehicle and ensured all my needs and questions were answered. He resolved a problem I had by taking the iniative to speak with his manager. I appreciate the great customer service from Edwin. My experience keeps me coming to Cerritos Infiniti.

Arcee has great customer service skills. He listens to my concerns regarding my vehicle & takes his time to explains the details pertaining to the services for my vehicle. I always have a positive experience when working with Arcee. I have not had the same experience with other technicians at Infiniti.
John was great and made the process easy. He explained what was being done and the cost. He asked me if I had any questions a few times, and was very customer service oriented. I will come back for future service.
