After being with Infiniti for the past 3 years, Candance was definitely the best out of all the representatives that have helped me out every time I go to get my car serviced. I am huge on customer service so it was greatly appreciated. She was very polite, has great customer service skills and made me feel very welcomed.

Excellent service !!Candice Roxas took her time to take care of my needs didn’t have an appointment till 9:00 am an still was able to drop drop off off at 7:00 before my appointment thank you for making that happen . Candace was very nice and thorough. She was knowledgeable of my vehicle and explained the repair that would be done. After finding out the amount of time that it would take for the repair I was offered a loaner vehicle. Candace explained that if the vehicle would not be ready on Monday she would give me a call to inform me of the expected completion day which she did. I was notified on the date that my vehicle would be completed continuously with updates and an estimated time when I could pick my vehicle up which wound up being very correct. She explained the work that was done on my vehicle, that it was no cost to me it was covered under the warranty. We opened and closed the sunroof after she walked me to my vehicle so I could see that it was repaired and properly working. There were a few other questions that I had about features of the vehicle which she did thoroughly explain and also recommend me to go online to learn more. Before I left Candace offered if I had anything else that I needed I could contact her for assistance.

Isaac was awesome taking care of my vehicle and explained the extra service needed. Also fixed the broken left interior door cover before giving my keys back. I am disappointed with your new facility’s customer waiting area. The amenities offered is below the standards you had from the old facility. Very little privacy and minimal work station as I typically do some of my work while waiting for my vehicle. I understand how Covid has impacted your business but you have a premium product. Therefore offer premium amenities to your customers. I live 35 miles from your dealership but wanted to stay loyal based on your service. I can easily take my car to an Infiniti dealer closer and convenient with premium amenities.

One small thing never worked— volumn control on passenger side — when we receive a phone call other party can’t here passenger response— volumn control won’t move— when driving we talk to people for one hour— disappointing — don’t feel we should pay for fix—- icon won’t move maybe something easy—- otherwise good ride—-thanks Darrell B

John Yarber always takes good care of us. Always been more than satisfied with service team there. Drive all the way from Redondo Beach because South Bay sold out and not happy with Torrance. Lost all of our service writers and mechanics. Love Cerritos crew.

infiniti of cerritos is the go to. thanks to arcee ( my service advisor ) his team, the master mechanic ( shop foreman) and service director. they have earned my trust and loyalty to the brand. that is hard to come by. i will continue to refer people i know to this location.
