Took my vehicle in for the third time regarding my rear wheels making a loud sound, usually when the vehicle is coming to a stop or a press on the brakes. I was contacted by Rick the service director and he set up a date for December 23 at 7 am to go for a test drive with me so that he can hear what sound the vehicle was making. When I arrived Rick was not on duty. About time I was processed for service and had to get into a rental, Rick never called. I was contacted later that day around 4:15 that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I asked what was wrong with the vehicle, I was told “ Nothing, we couldn’t duplicate the sound but we washed the vehicle for you”. Cerritos Infiniti had my vehicle all day and not once did they call me to go over any findings and waited til the very end of the day to tell me about it. When I went to the dealership to see what was going on, the manager that was there was like we couldn’t find anything and had an attitude as he didn’t care or show any concern how upset I was. I asked for documentation because I told him I was contacting Consumer Affairs, he said “you do know it’s in the system”. Since you contacted consumer affairs you need to wait for them to get back to you. I asked for the General Manager phone number and he said, here’s the number just go through the prompts. This really shows how much they value there customers and the sad part is the vehicle is a lease so they should value there product. I will never purchase a vehicle from Infiniti ever again because of this experience.

He has what it takes to deal with your Infinity customers. He went over and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend him for any position. In the days and age when people are rood and dismissing, he showed such kindness and professionalism. What an awesome experience I had today.
