Edwin, always goes above and beyond and makes sure I have A+ service from beginning to end. He is the only one I trust with my car!
Edwin kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car. I felt like he was taking care of me by getting me a ride home, suggesting to use my car insurance. working with the appraiser, getting the parts needed, and getting me a loaner car. Very pleased with Edwin and the Infinity dealer.

Candice is awesome one thing you need to know I did not like Cerritos for my auto service years ago I received less than satisfactory service I said I would never return this is my 3rd Infiniti I have been traveling all the way to South Bay when Candice moved so did I so far I am enjoying her and the Service Department has changed she always gives outstanding customer service and she is to be commended not just to me but I observe her with others Five stars ***** for Candice
