They were supposed to check the tire pressure on my tires that where overinflated they didn’t do that They were also supposed to detail my car to get rid of some scratches they never did that either

John did a fine job. But I must say your waiting area is no where near the comfort and quality of the old Infiniti dealership we long time Infiniti owners are used to. I ended up on a bench outside in the cold in order to get away from the tv. Too bad.
