Mr Bueno is very professional, kind, courteous and friendly. He was quite thorough to validate from me what I said the vehicle needed and thorough in explaining what type of service was actually necessary. His explanation was also backed up by the service techs. He provided excellent customer service.

Edwin is very professional! He answered all my questions!He made sure I got a ride back home, so I wouldn't wait for hours at the dealer for my car. He also made sure I received transportation back to pick up my car. He bad sure my car was washed when he returned my keys! EXCELLENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Service was good, however Jason over quote the price for2 new tires that services said was needed. John Bayber notice the over quote and made the correction. I was o er quote by 200+ dollars. I was not happy about that. I feel that the service tech must work for commission to over price a service.
