To say the least, Jason Bueno is beyond great!!! I bought in Torrance, been to Glendale, yet never had such superior service because of someone like Jason. He really goes above and beyond for his clients, checks to see if they have questions in the process and makes sure he gets you the best service and value! I’ve been to Cerritos twice and Jason made the BIG difference! Thank you so much again!!!

I can’t believe for a high quality vehicle you guys took away the nicer service area and moved Infinity down the block the location is horrible. It looks dirty and rundown.

My warranty guarantees a loaner when my vehicle has to keep overnight for service. I was told there were no loaners available. This is not the first time. I was provided a Lyft ride home which inconveniences me to get to work and around while my vehicle was being repaired. The Lyft hdno air conditioning and was a very outdated, dirty, and dusty car. I believe that Infiniti treated me as a second-hand customer and I am not satusfied
