Ms. Roxas was the consummate professional and I really appreciated her communication with me concerning my car. She kept me up to date on the progress of my car and that eased my stress a lot. Then, when I picked my car up, she greeted me with a nice smile and made me feel welcome. It was refreshing to receive this type of customer service and I would recommend Cerritos Infiniti to others because of her.
