Excellent service! I called this morning for a service appointment, since I was having difficulty getting into and starting my car due to a key issue. I was given a same day appointment that worked well with my schedule. When I arrived, the service department took my car right away and couldn’t have been nicer. I waited in the waiting room, and received a text message when my car was washed and ready to go. Great experience!

As soon as we left the dealership the tire pressure light came on. Last time I brought it in my key needed a battery in. So they charge me for it, but the next week the key started messing up again and sometimes the car wouldn’t even start. Since I bought this it has always been one problem after the next. I live too far to keep running back and forth to the service dept. Edwin gave me good service but the technicians are not doing me right

Drivers side door jam had a lot of dirt/grease left from the mechanic who worked on my SUV. My SUV was freshly washed the evening before getting serviced the following morning , so I know it was not dirty prior to getting serviced. Also some old “spare” parts (At least I am hoping that these parts were not needed!) were left on the drivers floor mat as well as NISSAN packaging was also left on the floor mat. Very sloppy in my opinion especially considering it’s an upper level Infiniti dealership! Very disappointed.
