Edwin was awesome! He handled my situation with great customer service and care.

Erwin has served me for a number of years! He is excellent with customers. I have one minor concern with the support staff. I picked up my car and the driver seat was adjust extremely back. The air was turned down to 65 and radio was adjusted to their music. Not real happy about any of this. Edwin was great. Ernie G

Everything with Jason was easy, on target, expeditious, and exemplary. Jason handled all matters quickly and on point, not wasting my time. I appreciated that. He listened carefully to few unique requests I had about my car and he followed through with excellent service. I enjoyed interacting with him and appreciated his service.

You should just film Edwin and use it as example of how customer service should be administered, Edwin is a true Pro. I brought in my 2010 G37S that was bought originally from Infinity of Cerritos. It has 114K miles but the way Edwin treated me you would of thought is was brand new G series with 14k. He listened to what I wanted documented it exactly as we agreed on wrote up the service request. He kept me updated on my car and my request to update the software on the ECM. He then offered suggestions to fix vehicle but was not forceful or didn’t use scare tactics, he simply explained in detail what he could offer. I could of taken my car back to my normal Auto Service provider, but due to Edwin offering what it would take to complete the repair, I went ahead with his suggestion and all is good! You are lucky to have Edwin working there, great job all around. The G37S rocks on through the streets of Cerritos/Long Beach and Cypress!
