Let me first say that Edwin is an excellent service rep, however I just feel it was ridiculous to wait that long on a car wash . I arrived at 7:30 and was helped right away. There weren’t even that many cars . I didn’t get out of there until 10:30 almost 3 hours. I normally satisfied being a customer for over 16 years.
She followed up with me and kept me updated as they worked on my car. Answered all my questions. Thank you.

Edwin was great as always, been coming to him for awhile now and he never disappoints had my car ready same day and took care of my all my issues and even found others I didn’t even know about and got them fixed right up before anything bad happened wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The service I received from John Yarber was exceptional. All my years of bringing my vehicles to dealerships for services I have never been treated better by a service manager.
