My vehicle had now 253,000+ miles in it. That miles truly reflect how much knowledge, experience he has and his great work. His last work is another classic example how he truly adds value to Infiniti Service department. He checked for possible weak spots may have compromised other parts of the engine such as the alternator, starter and retested the new battery. I can now again have my wife drive my vehicle without worries. Thank you Infiniti for having John Yarber in your service department. He should be your lead supervisor leading next service team generation.

I am not happy as they could not solve my problem with the engine vibration the last mechanic said the vibration is normal and I know it's not as the vehicle did not always do it also my daughter has the same car and her car doesn't do it. I think they are just putting me of till my warranty runs out

Candice is always exceptional I transferred my service from South Bay here because of her. I had experienced bad service here At Cerritos and refused to come back because of her I have giving Cerritos a second chance I am pleased and my sister comes here as well
