I would like to express a bit of dissatisfaction not from Sevice Dep't because Edwin is great but the fact that my battery needed to be replaced when it's only 4 yrs old. There's no way that a $70K plus SUV I just bought in 2018 has a battery life of only 4 yrs. I would like to speak with management regarding this issue.
