John Yarber is an exceptional Service Manager. He is the very reason, I stay with Infiniti

I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment, I was wanting in the service like for 15 more minutes. Advisor informed me I was late, I mentioned I was lost and wast able to find the entrance. He was not helpful since the beginning when I mentioned my situation with the vehicle. I ended up just doing oil change, for my oil change it took me from 10:45 to 2:00. I have never been to a dealer that takes this long for an oil change, my vehicle was given to me after multiple times of checking in on an update. Advisor after telling me my car was ready had the audacity to say he was able to squeeze me in, if you don’t have time to take in a vehicle and return in an adequate amount of time don’t take in the vehicle. After I made the payment I still had to wait until they finally brought my car, there were people there that arrived after me and left before I did. I on the other hand waited so long, the service was just horrible from start to finish.
