Outstanding service & reception, as always. Isaac Diaz, now a svc mgr (but my long-time svc rep) and my newly assigned svc rep took great care of me. Isaac took the responsibility of personally introducing me. These are reasons I have continued to make the 35-mile 1-way treck for svc to Cerritos Infiniti from Encino when I have an Infiniti dealer less that 3 miles away.
